Sept. 4th - Mountain cross country run Slopne 10km - quite something: 500m elevation gain, pouring rain and muddy tracks. I was beaten by my son who finished his 900m race as 3rd, while I ended up 4th at 10k... -

Aug. 29th, Ironman Canada - 4th place. After weaker swim part I used my 3rd best bike time and 2nd best run time to move to close 4th place on the finish line. -

Aug 23rd - Halfironman Trisport Days Trebon - 1st place. Great new venue, very hot weather. Felt fully recovered after Copenhagen and went on strong in all 3 parts. -

Aug. 16th, Challenge Copenhagen - 4th place. Despite the puncture on the bike, I managed to move from 28th to 10th place on the bike and with 2:46 marathon to final 4th position. Beatiful new race! -

Aug 13th, Relay race in Copenhagen - 5th place out of 24 relays. My wife swum 390m, I did 18km bike, Filip ran 4,2km. We enjoyed it all! -

Aug 8th - Royal Triathlon Majetin - 1st place, great for speed training with 0,5-33-6km distances. Also kids of all ages can do the whole triathlon here - my son Filip had a great race too! -

Aug. 1st, ITU LD World Champs Immenstadt, Germany - 19th place. Lost too much time on the swim and my personal nutrition at the beginning of the bike. Fought my way to top 20 despite lot of troubles with bonk and cramps... -
