Feb 6th, just came back from family vacation in austrian Alps - lot of downhill skiing and great weather! -
Jan. 16th - Challenge Wanaka - 4th place. Great swim and bike portions, not enough running miles covered since the off season break. Still great test for 2010 season. -
Dec. 26th, 10km road running race Zlin - too much too early:-)! I finished around 20th place in 38:14... -
Dec. 24th - the vacation was great and we are all well rested. I even got all my lost kilograms back:-) Now it is back to training... -
Dec. 5th Ironman Western Australia closed my season with 10th place. Missed 8th by less then a minute... Finally off to family vacation! -
Nov 22nd Ironman Arizona. Despite the virosis I got from my son just 3 days before the race I managed 10th place. Hopefully will be in full power soon to finish the season at Ironman Western Australia! -

Oct. 25th - ITU World Long Distance Championships Perth - 23rd place - not so bad on these "sprint" distances (3-80-20). -
Oct. 10th, Ironman Hawaii, 11th consecutive start here ended up with 48th place. It reflects my swimming ability. Without strong swim it can´t be a lot better in Kona... -
Oct. 3rd, 3rd place at Valachia Mountain Halfmarathon in 1:18 - good test one day before flying to Kona for Hawaii Ironman. -
